I can not recommend simpleswap enough. Some how I sent coins to an old wallet in my swap, they were able to track it down and refund the amount back to me. It was 100% my fault and they were still willing to assist and I cant thank their support team enough.

I have been waiting for a 6,600 USDT refund for over a month. Despite following all requests from their support team, including:
Verifying my identity
Submitting two separate videos of my wallet
Providing all required documentation
…I have not yet received the refund or a clear explanation for the delay.
The refund was initially expected within a month, but more than 30 days later, the issue remains unresolved. Communication has also been limited, which has made the situation more frustrating.
I recommend exercising caution and ensuring you fully understand the platform’s processes before using it. I hope the issue gets resolved soon and that the platform improves its transparency and response times.
