Hat auch zunächst alles funktioniert, bis dann eine Einzahlung von Cryptos (Aragon) nicht gutgeschrieben wurde. Nochmal alle Hilfeseiten durchgeforstet, alles richtig gemacht, also an den Support geschrieben. Dieser hat mich dann erstmal 1,5 Monate hingehalten. Man sei überlastet. Dann die Antwort:
Aragon hatte ein Protokollupdate. Das mit dem Update hat kraken aber nicht mitbekommen und deshalb auch bei ihren Hinweisen für Einzahlungen nichts dazu geschrieben. Der Vorgang "diese Cryptos nun zu finden wäre angeblich zu aufwendig", "es tut ihnen sehr leid", aber das Geld ist weg. Kraken hat die Coins im Wert von 500€ in ihrer Wallet und behält die nun einfach, Geschichte zu Ende. Ich denkte so einfach darf es sich eine Börse nicht machen und das ist ein NoGo.
