Uphold is worst exchange ever
Uphold suspended my account on 30 Nov 2023 because "I should look into terms and conditions". And I've read the terms and conditions, I can't find any reason why they suspended my account.
I kept asking for an exact reason, but the answer was always "Look at the terms and conditions.
Ok, I didn't get it, but I wanted my assets back.
Then they said it would take 10 to 12 days and I should please be patient. After 14 days, I still didn't have my assets and complained. Then it would be said that please wait 12 working days. After that, they wrote that they had sent my assets to my bank and that it would take 4 to 5 days for them to arrive.
Hmm, it's now January 4th and my money still isn't there. I don't think I can talk to this exchange without a lawyer.

I really like Uphold the platform is really easy to use. They don't have the biggest amount of assets compared to other platforms but the main ones are there.
