Made swap for 400$. 15 minutes after sending money they said "The time is over" (but it was confirmed already one the page that they have received money). Then they said they will contact specialist about this. After some time they asked to to provide another address to payment (why?) and because of that do verification. Address I provided them is active and they can send money there. I can not do verification and need money to my original wallet address.

I've swapped over 1k on this platform over the years and I've never been let down. The process can take a little time, but it always goes through. I made a mistake one time and sent to a wrong address and hadn't put a refund address. I reached out to support and was able to get my crypto back! There are several swap sites, but I like simpleswap enough to keep using it.

I was looking to swap some USDC (SOL) for TAO (Bittensor) but couldn’t find any exchanges that offered it—those that did were charging a hefty 5+% fee. All robotic replies, some kind of AI. They don’t care, simpleswap! Stay care!

They claim they cannot complete the exchange, and they also cannot issue a refund. Their solution is simply to keep my money while making completely unreasonable excuses!

They received the funds! I even sent them video proof of the transaction. Apparently, that still isn’t enough.

I told them they could either complete the exchange as originally agreed or process the refund. They refuse to do either. Instead, they keep hiding behind so-called security procedures.

No, this is not about KYC. It wasn’t a large amount of money, they are still keeping the funds and bcs of that iam facing bad situation.

I think sometimes they just scam someone, like other bad experiences.

Stay care! I do not recommend SimpleSwap.

The technical support is very quick to respond and eager to help (such as in my case where funds were temporarily lost due to the transaction timing out with some but not all funds transferred). The exchange itself works very intuitively and with better prices than some other platforms I encountered. And as noted, any issues are handled surprisingly effectively by the team.

My specific use case is withdrawing staking rewards earned from atom and converting them into USDT. Small sums, from around $30 to 80. Never ran into problems, typically takes between 3 to 5 minutes at most, longest being 15

I have used SimpleSwap often since 2020. I have only had 2 transactions fail. Both times, the customer support team retrieved the coins, although it took many hours. I have had good luck with them, despite what others may say.
