The technical support is very quick to respond and eager to help (such as in my case where funds were temporarily lost due to the transaction timing out with some but not all funds transferred). The exchange itself works very intuitively and with better prices than some other platforms I encountered. And as noted, any issues are handled surprisingly effectively by the team.

I have used SimpleSwap often since 2020. I have only had 2 transactions fail. Both times, the customer support team retrieved the coins, although it took many hours. I have had good luck with them, despite what others may say.

I cannot recommend using SimpleSwap after my experience.
On May 4, 2026, I sent 9000 USDT (TRC20) through Exchange ID: rpl10eml9qcmkkmj. Shortly after, my funds were frozen with the message: “Your exchange needs additional attention… Due to technical reasons, we couldn’t complete it.”
I fully completed KYC and provided all requested information, but my funds are still being held. Support does not provide clear explanations, timelines, or meaningful updates.
At this point:
transaction unresolved,
refund not processed,
no transparency from compliance team.
Very concerning experience, especially considering the amount involved. Be careful — your funds may be frozen for an undefined period even after passing KYC.

On March 30, 2026, I started an exchange. After sending my deposit, it was immediately stopped — “flagged by security system”. They forced me to complete KYC via SumSub link, which I did right away.
Since then, over 17 hours of delays and empty promises:
“We’ll escalate to senior colleagues”
“Case still under review”
“We apologize for the delay, will notify you soon”
No clear explanation, no timeline, no refund, no release of my money. Just generic copy-paste replies while my crypto stays frozen.
This is not a smooth “instant” swap service — it’s a classic funds-lock tactic under AML excuses. Many other users report the same nightmare on forums.
SimpleSwap takes your deposit fast but gives zero accountability afterward. Extremely poor support and zero transparency.
If you value control over your money, avoid SimpleSwap completely. My funds are still stuck and I have zero trust left in them.
