I have been a long-standing Bitpanda customer who only had a few coins to offer at the time, but since it was in German and was possible via SEPA transfer, I decided to use it despite extremely high fees and poor spread. Today I wouldn't do it anymore. Tried to pay out money, I was promptly asked to submit proof of middle origin, was not right for me, they ask for everything! Tax return, payslip, stock account statement, salary statement ... so not normal, I sent the documents because I want to get my money ... Unfortunately, the documents are not enough, further account statements are required, I sent ...
Unfortunately that is not enough either, further wage slips must be presented ....
After a long back and forth, I got my money paid out, but I no longer take part in this abuse.

Bin langjähriger Bitpanda Kunde, die hatten damals nur ein paar Coins anzubieten, da es aber Deutschprachig war und per SEPA Überweisung möglich war hab mich trotz extrem hohen Gebühren und schlechten Spread dafür entschieden. Heute würde ich es nicht mehr machen. Hab versucht Geld auszuzahlen, prompt bekam ich aufforderung um einen mittelherunkunftsnachweis vorzulegen, war mir nicht recht, die verlangen alles! Steuererklärung, Lohnzettel, Aktiendepotauszug, Gehaltskontoauszug.... also nicht normal so was, hab die Unterlagen gesendet da ich an mein geld kommen möchte... Leider reichen die unterlagen nicht, weitere Kontoauszüge werden verlangt, hab ich gesendet...
Leider reich das auch nicht, weitere Lohnzettel müssen vorgelegt werden....
Nach langen hin und her hab ich mein Geld doch ausbezahlt bekommen aber diese Misshandlung mache ich nicht mehr mit.
Mein Geld bekommt Bitpanda nicht mehr. Bitpanda kann weg!

A lot has changed since I registered. Not only the interface, which has been enhanced so that it is still very intuitively designed, but also the general offer and also the entire public appearance of the company.

The fees are a bit high on the broker side (if you were to compare it to Exchanges). With the introduction of BitpandaPro, you at least have the choice to switch to the exchange for some currencies if you feel confident to do so yourself and if the currency is supported there.
I think the ability to save fees with BEST is great, but doesn't make it any easier to keep track of fiscally.

It is nice to see that the company is focusing on transparency and, for example, has the crypto holdings of some cryptocurrencies audited by KPMG. This creates an additional level of trust for customers.

My experience with the support has been very pleasant so far. Quick and helpful responses.

Very disappointed that it's not possible to send my crypto assets to my personal wallet on my phone. It says it's under maintenance but does not reveal or estimate when it will be ready to send again. I would advice people not to use this service for now. Better safe than sorry.

My email account was hooked and the haker converted all my currencies into Bitcoin and paid out over € 15,000. When I noticed that, I wanted to have the account blocked as soon as possible. There is NO phone number at BItpanda that you can call in an emergency. I described my problem in the Bitpanda chat (around 11 p.m.). The next day at 1:30 p.m. the answer came that the chat is not responsible for it. I then managed to block the account indirectly. It then has almost 2 weeks! Took it until Bitpanda managed to unblock the account again. In that time alone I "lost" over € 40,000 in profit because all my money was in Bitcoin and not in Best as I had invested it. Again, it takes a whole two weeks until Bitpanda manages to open an account again. When I was asked to at least restore my currency sums in this way (minus the 15,000 €) I was told that it was not possible.

Mein Email Konto wurde gehakt und dadurch hat der Haker alle meine Währungen in Bitcoin umgewandelt und sich über 15.000€ davon ausgezahlt. Als ich das bemerkt habe, wollte ich schnellstmöglich das Konto sprerren lassen. es gibt KEINE Telefonummer bei BItpanda, bei der man in Notfällen anrufen kann. Im Bitpanda Chat habe ich mein Problem geschildert (gegen 23:00Uhr). Am nächsten Tag um 13:30 Uhr kam die Antwort, dass der Chat dafür nicht verantwortlich ist. Über umwege habe ich es dann geschafft, dass Konto zu sperren. Es hat dann fast 2 Wochen! gedauert, bis Bitpanda es geschafft hat, das Konto wieder freizugeben. Allein in der Zeit habe ich über 40.000€ Gewinn "verloren", da mein ganzes Geld auf Bitcoin lag und nicht wie ich es investiert hatte in Best. Nochmal es dauert ganze 2 Wochen, bis Bitpanda es schafft, ein Konto wieder frei zu geben. Auf die Bitte, wenigstens meine Währungssummen so wieder herzustellen (Minus den getsohlenen 15.000€) sagte man mir, dass es nicht möglich ist.
