Hands off — this is pure manipulation.
The only one making money here is Bitpanda.

In general, Bitpanda’s pricing has nothing to do with real market prices; the rates are set to their own advantage.
Savings-plan orders are executed with several days’ delay during strong price fluctuations, allowing the “company” to pick a more favorable rate for itself.
Some well-known tokens (e.g., BitTensor) cannot be transferred to external wallets at all, meaning you are effectively locked into Bitpanda.

Almost a month ago, I invested €35,000 on their site. A few days later, I wanted to withdraw my funds. Since then, it has been completely impossible. My access has been blocked, and I have been asked for a series of documents, which I provided without delay. Despite this, each withdrawal attempt is rejected with new excuses or demands.

Il y a bientôt un mois, j’ai investi 35 000 € sur leur site. Quelques jours plus tard, j’ai souhaité retirer mes fonds. Depuis, cela m’est totalement impossible. Mes accès ont été bloqués, et on m’a demandé une série de documents que j’ai fournis sans aucun retard. Malgré cela, chaque tentative de retrait est repoussée avec de nouvelles excuses ou exigences.

Aujourd’hui, je suis toujours incapable de récupérer mon argent, et mon compte affiche une perte d’environ 7 000 €. Cette situation est extrêmement éprouvante moralement : on se sent piégé, impuissant, complètement ignoré alors qu’il s’agit de mes économies.

Face à cette impossibilité persistante de récupérer mes fonds, j’ai déposé une plainte à leur égard.

Since two weeks my funds blocked by bitpanda. I requested closure of account and customer service reply after 2 weeks it may take several more week and I shall not send more requests. No reason no explanation. My activity is limited there and only redact with legal exchanges that implement robust KYC. They do not request any additional documents neither asked questions, just funds and withdrawals are blocked.

1. Bank transfer via Tink:
It says will be available in the wallet immediately but the money was only available after 3 days.
2. Real-time transfer via Giropay:

Bei 3 von 5 Einzahlungen hatte ich leider Probleme.
1. Banküberweisung via Tink:
Es heißt, wird sofort im Wallet verfügbar sein aber das Geld war erst nach 3 Tagen verfügbar.
2. Echtzeit-Überweisung via Giropay:
Leider stand mir auch hier das Geld nicht sofort zu Verfügung, weil es einer manuellen Überprüfung bedarf.
3. SEPA Instant Überweisung:
Hier warte ich noch immer, dass mir das Geld gutgeschrieben wird. Nach dem Artikel auf der Homepage von Bitpanda heißt es: an 365 Tage, selbst an Feiertagen wird hiermit das Geld innerhalb weniger Minuten zur Verfügung stehen.

Wenn man ein Problem hat, kann man keinen Support kontaktieren. Sowas wie Livechat oder Telefonsupport gibt es nicht.
