My first experiences were not that great. It took quite a long time to create a full-fledged account. Longer than with other brokers or exchanges.
The first trade to buy Bitcoins and pay with it also took a long time. I got the feeling that things were left behind. The help desk indicated in a chat that I had to wait, then I got a warning phone call why I did all of this ..... Somewhere protective but also teaching.
The next trade, on the other hand, went very well. That gives a good feeling.
I chose LiteBit because of the Dutch help desk, the integrated wallet, the payment option of IDEAL, ...

Mijn eerste ervaringen waren niet zo geweldig. Het duurde best lang om een volwaardig account aan te maken. Langer dan bij andere brokers of exchanges.
Ook de eerste trade om Bitcoins aan te kopen en daarmee te betalen duurde best lang. Ik kreeg het gevoel dat dingen bleven liggen. De helpdesk gaf in een chat aan dat ik moest wachten, vervolgens kreeg ik een waarschuwend telefoontje waarom ik dit allemaal deed..... Ergens wel beschermend maar ook belerend.
De volgende trade ging daarentegen wel als een speer. Dat geeft een goed gevoel.
Ik heb LiteBit gekozen vanwege de Nederlandse helpdesk, de geïntegreerde wallet, de betaalmogelijkheid van IDEAL, ...
