I was charged for an inactive account. I contacted the Support Service to find out the reason for it. The staff clearly explained how to analyze the account for activity. I conducted a trade and, after this, also voted to add a new coin to the platform. I advise you to contact the Support Service: the guys will always help you and answer questions so that there are no misunderstandings in the work on the platform.

There have been some changes in the commission policy on EXMO. Although the trading fee is 0.4 now I will only benefit. For any active trader as myself the new terms are much more attractive. The effective fees is a great way of encouraging people to actually trade on the exchange.

EXMO has made verification obligatory recently. I believe it’s a good thing. Sure you’ll have to spend some time on the process. However it is going to be an industry-standard soon anyway with 5ADML and all. I see it as an additional guarantee that my funds will be secured and no one will steal them.

Verification is so complicated, my resolution of the photos was not always correct or I only wrote 20 instead of 2020. Verifizierung ist so kompliziert, ständig stimmten meine Auflösung der Fotos nicht oder ich hatte statt 2020 nur.20 geschrieben. Jetzt erforderliche Sachen i.O. aber an mein Geld komme ich noch nicht, da dafür die optionalen? nötig sind. Wegen inaktivität bereits 16 € abgezogen. Kann nur warnen!!!

Please stay away of this! It's quite difficult to withdraw money. They don't accept SEPA or any other bank transfer to withdraw your money.
Withdrawal methods are always changing, and they force you to open account on not-so-sure payment platforms as ADV or CryptoCapital.
