Kriptomat was an EU-based cryptocurrency exchange and wallet service that provided a simple way to buy, sell, and store digital assets. Customers could choose from various fiat payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard, and trade more than 350 cryptocurrencies. In March 2026, Kriptomat announced that it would wind down its operations by 30 June 2026 due to regulatory uncertainty surrounding the MiCA licensing process in Estonia.
