The fees are almost limit usury! 1.49% on purchase? That is 75 € fees for an order of 5000 € and then again nearly 65 on sale, so a total of almost 130 € only in fees! If you want to pay Fiat with credit card or Sofortüberweisung or pay out again come to fees! So honestly, how can you be so crazy and trade here? Coinbase pro and Binance are cheaper worlds. Therefore, I can only advise against anyone to enter the crypto market here. Especially with smaller amounts, these high fees eat up the profit faster than you can see!

Die Gebühren grenzen ja schon fast an Wucher! 1,49% beim Kauf? Das sind 75 € Gebühren bei einer Order von 5000 € und dann nochmal fast 65 beim Verkauf, also insgesamt fast 130 € nur an Gebühren! Wenn man dann noch Fiat mit Kreditkarte oder Sofortüberweisung ein- oder auszahlen möchte kommen nochmal Gebühren dazu! Also mal ehrlich, wie kann man so verrückt sein und hier traden? Coinbase pro und Binance sind da um Welten günstiger. Darum kann ich jedem nur abraten, hier in den Kryptomarkt einzusteigen. Gerade bei kleineren Beträgen fressen diese hohen Gebühren, den Gewinn schneller auf als man gucken kann!

Bin langjähriger Bitpanda Kunde, die hatten damals nur ein paar Coins anzubieten, da es aber Deutschprachig war und per SEPA Überweisung möglich war hab mich trotz extrem hohen Gebühren und schlechten Spread dafür entschieden. Heute würde ich es nicht mehr machen. Hab versucht Geld auszuzahlen, prompt bekam ich aufforderung um einen mittelherunkunftsnachweis vorzulegen, war mir nicht recht, die verlangen alles! Steuererklärung, Lohnzettel, Aktiendepotauszug, Gehaltskontoauszug.... also nicht normal so was, hab die Unterlagen gesendet da ich an mein geld kommen möchte... Leider reichen die unterlagen nicht, weitere Kontoauszüge werden verlangt, hab ich gesendet...
Leider reich das auch nicht, weitere Lohnzettel müssen vorgelegt werden....
Nach langen hin und her hab ich mein Geld doch ausbezahlt bekommen aber diese Misshandlung mache ich nicht mehr mit.
Mein Geld bekommt Bitpanda nicht mehr. Bitpanda kann weg!

Account withdrawls disabled for fiat and crypto currency after I liquidated crypto holdings so I could convert to fiat on bitpanda and withdraw. Money now trapped in bitpanda account with no way of removing. Customer service is a joke, avoid at all costs and save yourself the stress.

Very disappointed that it's not possible to send my crypto assets to my personal wallet on my phone. It says it's under maintenance but does not reveal or estimate when it will be ready to send again. I would advice people not to use this service for now. Better safe than sorry.

Saftladen auf höchstem Niveau
Ich bin seit 2 Wochen Kunde bei BitPanda und habe 5 Einzahlungen getätigt.
Bei 3 von 5 Einzahlungen hatte ich leider Probleme.
1. Banküberweisung via Tink:
Es heißt, wird sofort im Wallet verfügbar sein aber das Geld war erst nach 3 Tagen verfügbar.
2. Echtzeit-Überweisung via Giropay:
Leider stand mir auch hier das Geld nicht sofort zu Verfügung, weil es einer manuellen Überprüfung bedarf.
3. SEPA Instant Überweisung:
Hier warte ich noch immer, dass mir das Geld gutgeschrieben wird. Nach dem Artikel auf der Homepage von Bitpanda heißt es: an 365 Tage, selbst an Feiertagen wird hiermit das Geld innerhalb weniger Minuten zur Verfügung stehen.

Wenn man ein Problem hat, kann man keinen Support kontaktieren. Sowas wie Livechat oder Telefonsupport gibt es nicht.
