Been using Change for a while now, and honestly, the progress over the past year has been impressive. The app is super easy to use - clean interface, smooth experience, and it just works! They recently cut their spreads, so buying and selling crypto is much cheaper than before, which was a pleasant surprise. :) What’s even more interesting is the new leadership. You can really feel the fresh energy - it’s clear they’re listening and steering the platform in the right direction. All in all, it’s become one of the safest and most reliable places to invest in crypto in the EU. Massive improvement in under a year and I LOVE IT!

What the hell are passive account maintenance fees??? 20€ they are crazy!!
This is insane, I am a long term holder, I don't go into my account often and they charged me every month without my consent!
This is the worst app experience I have ever had.

They just debited 100€ like that and don't even have the courtesy to inform their customers that something is happening every month? I can't believe how they rip people off like this. What an absolute disgrace to be treated like this. I have been using the app since 2021.

Sie haben einfach so 100€ abgebucht und haben nicht einmal die Höflichkeit, ihre Kunden darüber zu informieren, dass jeden Monat etwas passiert? Ich kann nicht glauben, wie sie die Leute so verarschen. Was für eine absolute Schande, so behandelt zu werden. Ich benutze die App seit 2021.

I was quite happy for a while and planned to hold and monitor my coins, buy more if necessary, etc.
Last year, with an "update to the Terms of Service", a "passive account" fee was suddenly introduced, which meant that Change automatically sold me coins worth €120 within the last few months and thus paid the fee. Only last month there was a first reminder that I should do something if I wanted to avoid the fee. Phew!
At the communication/transparency level, it's all the way down and trust is gone. Support not very understanding or supportive.

Ich war eine Weile ganz zufrieden und hatte vor, meine Coins zu halten und zu beobachten, ggf. nachzukaufen etc.
Letztes Jahr wurde dann mit einer "Update der Terms of Service" plötzlich eine "passive account"-Gebühr eingeführt, wodurch mir innerhalb der letzten Monaten Coins im Wert von 120€ automatisch von Change verkauft und damit die Gebühr bezahlt wurde. Erst letzten Monat gab es dann mal eine erste Erinnerung, dass ich was tun sollte, falls ich die Gebühr vermeiden will. Puh!
Auf Kommunikations-/Transparenzebene ganz unten und Vertrauen ist weg. Support wenig verständnisvoll oder unterstützend..

I created my account on October 2021.
I was selling BTC and sending Euros to my Revolut account. Overall, it was around 13000 euros.
In December my account got deactivated.
I sent them my bank statement with two payments from selling my two flats. the contracts regarding the sale of my flats.
They wanted to know the purpose of the money. I sent them the information that I spent it on building my garden lake, and I sent the photos.
They wanted screenshots of my hardware wallet therefore, I made them and sent them.
They asked me: "Could you please tell us from where you received that transaction and what its purpose was?"
The transaction about which they asked had been made eight months before I created my Change Invest account. It was sent from some exchange with KYC. And not coins from coin join; it was made just like the other deposits. I lost all of my patience and didn't tell them the exchange office's name.
On January 27, My account was closed. I don"t suggest these guys.

If you want to buy Bitcoin or other crypto currencies quickly, easily and cheaply, nothing can ignore Change Invest.
Everything is really perfect - simple operation, very user-friendly and fast in-app chat service in case something does not go as desired. In any case, this European (!) App is very, very recommendable! I've been using the app for more than 1.5 years now and with the best of intentions I can't imagine myself ever buying Bitcoin any other way

Die App ist einfach sensationell, Gebühren sind nicht vorhanden (wirklich 0,00%!) und mit dem neuen Cash Management bekommt man 2% annual interest.
Wenn man schnell, einfach und günstig Bitcoin oder andere Kryptowährungen kaufen will führt nichts mehr an Change Invest vorbei.
Es ist wirklich alles perfekt - einfache Bedienung, sehr nutzerfreundlich und schneller In-App-Chat-Service falls einmal etwas nicht wie gewünscht klappen sollte. Auf jeden Fall ist diese europäische (!) App sehr sehr empfehlenswert! Ich benutze die App jetzt seit mehr als 1,5 Jahren und kann mir bei bestem Willen nicht vorstellen, jemals wieder auf einem anderen Weg Bitcoin kaufen zu werden

They say "no fees trading bitcoin" but this is misleading since they have a big spread (different buy and sell price) with their fee build in, and is higher than other exchanges.

Also if you place a limit order they still process the order at whatever price they want, not the price you set. To avoid.
