They advertise as average transaction time 10 minutes.
I executed an 100 usd order, they charged me 130 usd.

40 minutes passed and my deposit expired, my money got lost even though the 30% fees i paid.

My money got lost.

Horrible service.

CHANGENOW EXCHANE These are scammers! 2.5 BTC SCAM

I asked them to change the xmr payment address (more than 2.5 btc ($110K) to xmr), because the deposit time was running out, and the exchange lasted too long on their part. I passed the validation, that's what they called the verification, and they guaranteed that the address would be changed. But they made a mistake, and sent my money to the old xmr address, to which I lost access.

They have admitted their mistake, but they do not want to fix it. For more than 24 hours, they have not given me an eta when they give me my money. They banned me in the chat of their community just because I wanted to get my money.
It's the third day they've been dragging this out.
