186 days ago ChangeNow locked my 4 ETH, which is currently worth 15.000 USD. Funds are halted by their automated risk management system. They asked me to undergo their KYC process: Which I did. They asked me to provide additional documents to proof the source of funds: Which I did. 186 days later (today) I'm still talking to the support. Her name is Charlotte. I told her now several times, that I already did the KYC. That I provided the additional documents (invoice) to proof the source of funds. It's impossible to talk to her. She is sending me sample texts over and over again and is asking for "Proof of funds" again. I provided everything I have. I exposed my whole identity to them. My ID. Did a video chat. Send them the customer invoice to proof source of funds. I did EVERYTHING and they hold my money since 186 days!

They advertise as average transaction time 10 minutes.
I executed an 100 usd order, they charged me 130 usd.

40 minutes passed and my deposit expired, my money got lost even though the 30% fees i paid.

My money got lost.

Horrible service.

I love https://www.changenow.to - Their exchange rates are better than their competitors (changelly, simpleswap, etc.) The exchanges are really fast. The website works. I don't understand people saying they're a scam. They are not.

CHANGENOW EXCHANE These are scammers! 2.5 BTC SCAM

I asked them to change the xmr payment address (more than 2.5 btc ($110K) to xmr), because the deposit time was running out, and the exchange lasted too long on their part. I passed the validation, that's what they called the verification, and they guaranteed that the address would be changed. But they made a mistake, and sent my money to the old xmr address, to which I lost access.

They have admitted their mistake, but they do not want to fix it. For more than 24 hours, they have not given me an eta when they give me my money. They banned me in the chat of their community just because I wanted to get my money.
It's the third day they've been dragging this out.

changeNOW works. They were pretty fast (under 3 hours). The "anonymous transaction" that they somewhat offer is pretty much a joke, at least if you buy crypto with your credit card. The fee is quite high but not the worst one around.
