Chcę ostrzec wszystkich przed moimi doświadczeniami z tą platformą. Od ponad miesiąca czekam na zwrot 6600 USDT. Pomimo spełnienia wszystkich próśb zespołu wsparcia, w tym:
Weryfikacji mojej tożsamości
Przesłania dwóch oddzielnych filmów z mojego portfela
Dostarczenia całej wymaganej dokumentacji
…nic nie otrzymałem. Żadnego zwrotu pieniędzy, żadnego wyjaśnienia i żadnej realnej komunikacji. Jestem całkowicie nieświadomy.
Obiecali zwrot w ciągu miesiąca, ale po ponad 30 dniach nadal nie mam pieniędzy. Takie zachowanie jest niedopuszczalne i bardzo przypomina oszustwo.

I have been waiting for a 6,600 USDT refund for over a month. Despite following all requests from their support team, including:
Verifying my identity
Submitting two separate videos of my wallet
Providing all required documentation
…I have not yet received the refund or a clear explanation for the delay.
The refund was initially expected within a month, but more than 30 days later, the issue remains unresolved. Communication has also been limited, which has made the situation more frustrating.
I recommend exercising caution and ensuring you fully understand the platform’s processes before using it. I hope the issue gets resolved soon and that the platform improves its transparency and response times.

Ein Bekannter hat mir Simpleswap empfohlen, weil die Gebühren dort sehr niedrig sind (kann selber nicht bewerten da ich keine anderen Swapbörsen genutzt habe).
Sehr intuitives Nutzerinterface, keine Registrierung notwendig und das swappen geht innerhalb von Minuten. Schnell & unkompliziert, noch dazu gibt es da sehr viele Währungen nicht nur die bekannten. Der Support ist eine der schnellsten den ich erlebt habe. Nach 15 Minuten hatte ich eine Antwort, ich hab um 7 Uhr früh geschrieben und er war auch sehr freundlich.
