It arrived a little faster than expected, about 7 minutes instead of the stated 5-10. One inconvenience: the wallet address input form doesn't check for basic errors; I sent it once with a missing character. Thanks, I noticed it myself before clicking the button, but if I hadn't, I would have had to contact support. Overall, it's a viable option if you need a simple exchange without registration.
